Our technicians service, inspect, and maintain a wide variety of low voltage systems such as: access control, audio/visual systems, fire alarm, nurse call, sound reinforcement, & video surveillance. As a Tier III Technician, you are the front-line support of our business.

Setup and troubleshoot various audio/video/presentation systems.
Perform preventative maintenance task to help maintain customer technology.
Provides remote troubleshooting support to clients.
Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner.
Provides on-site Client training as required.
2-3 years of Electronics background
Demonstrated working knowledge of AV practices and procedures
Ability to work and think independently
Basic computer knowledge
Strong researching, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent phone and email communication skills.
Valid state driver's license
Pass a pre-employment background check
Willing to travel when necessary
Willing to work overtime/weekends when necessary
Must be able to climb and work off ladders, scaffolding and lifts
Must be able to lift 50lbs when necessary
High School Diploma or GED
Audio/Video: Crestron, Simpl Windows, VT-Pro, AMX, Pro Sound
