Our firm is an approved vendor of HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), NASPO ValuePoint, Premier Inc., Vizient, Inc., and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Contract vehicles and purchasing groups help government agencies and other organizations efficiently purchase the goods and services they need through a vetted process and terms evaluated by experienced procurement professionals. NASPO ValuePoint is a cooperative purchasing program facilitating public procurement solicitations and agreements using a lead-state model. It provides the highest standard of excellence in public cooperative contracting. By leveraging the leadership and expertise of all states and the purchasing power of their public entities, NASPO ValuePoint delivers the highest valued, reliable and competitively sourced contracts - offering public entities outstanding prices. All states, the District of Columbia, and US Territories are eligible to use NASPO ValuePoint contracts. Within each state, the State Procurement Official determines if his/her state is eligible. ECC is honored to be an approved vendor in the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. Our firm has been awarded contracts for 99SWC-S1820 NASPO - Security and Fire Protection Services in the following categories and coverage areas:
- Category 5: Fire Detection – Fire Alarm Systems (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma)
- Category 12: Access Control Systems (Nationwide)
- Category 13: Burglar Alarm Systems (Nationwide)
- Category 14: Surveillance Services and Equipment (Nationwide)
- Category 15: High Security Controls Systems (Nationwide)
- Category 16: Inspections & Monitoring (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma)

- Fire Alarm/Protective Signaling Systems
Through this contract, ECC can provide services and systems for the above categories in the coverage areas outlined for state departments, institutions, agencies, and political subdivisions; as well as other eligible entities including cities, counties, special districts, community colleges, universities, and some quasi-governmental and nonprofit organizations.
