TROY DANNEN, ATHLETIC DIRECTOR - HUSKERS

An experienced leader in collegiate athletics with a strong Midwestern background, Troy Dannen is in his second year as Nebraska’s Director of Athletics. Dannen guides Nebraska’s 24-sport athletic department that ranks among the nation’s most successful programs both athletically and academically. He's long been a leader in charting the course for the future of college athletics and that continues at Nebraska. In May of 2025, Dannen was appointed to the College Football Playoff Selection Committee, continuing his impact on the national level.

Mike is a member of the AVIXA Market Intelligence team and has a varied background as an IT and Telecom analyst and consultant with more than 20 years' experience. | Greg is a 20+ year AV veteran, having designed various AV spaces and publishing several universities' AV standards. He holds Crestron's Masters-Commercial Architecture, Level 3 Dante, QSC Level 2 and Video level 1, CTS-D and CTS-I, and is active with AVIXA’s Standards Steering Committee.
