Our firm is an approved vendor of HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), NASPO ValuePoint, Premier Inc., Vizient, Inc., and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Contract vehicles and purchasing groups help government agencies and other organizations efficiently purchase the goods and services they need through a vetted process and terms evaluated by experienced procurement professionals. NASPO ValuePoint

NASPO ValuePoint is a cooperative purchasing program facilitating public procurement solicitations and agreements using a lead-state model. It provides the highest standard of excellence in public cooperative contracting. By leveraging the leadership and expertise of all states and the purchasing power of their public entities, NASPO ValuePoint delivers the highest valued, reliable and competitively sourced contracts - offering public entities outstanding prices. All states, the District of Columbia, and US Territories are eligible to use NASPO ValuePoint contracts. ECC is honored to be an approved vendor in the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. Our firm has been awarded contracts for 99SWC-S1820 NASPO - Security and Fire Protection Services in the following categories and coverage areas:
  • Category 5: Fire Detection – Fire Alarm Systems (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma)

Through this contract, ECC can provide services and systems for the above categories in the coverage areas outlined for state departments, institutions, agencies, and political subdivisions; as well as other eligible entities including cities, counties, special districts, community colleges, universities, and some quasi-governmental and nonprofit organizations.

TIPS Purchasing Cooperative — The Interlocal Purchasing System

The Interlocal Purchasing System, better known as, TIPS Purchasing Cooperative, is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its membership. It began in 2002 as a small regional cooperative of the Region 8 Education Service Center. While the cooperative has far exceeded the initial vision, Region 8 ESC has maintained its role as the Lead Agency for what is now a national operation.

The Interlocal Purchasing System membership is free and currently serves entities such as state and local governments and non-profit organizations, including but not limited to: K-12 school districts, charter schools, colleges and universities (state and private), cities/municipalities, counties/parishes, state agencies, emergency services districts, non-profit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Service, and other entities with legislated purchasing/bidding requirements.

ECC is privileged to be an approved vendor of contract #240101 — Technology Solutions, Products, and Services, streamlining technology procurement for TIPS Members for all of our solutions. Our coverage area for this contract encompasses the following solution types and regions:

As a TIPS Awarded Vendor, ECC can provide our solutions and services to the regions and entities shared above. TIPS is a highly reputable purchasing cooperative that offers members several key benefits including access to competitively procured contracts with quality vendors, savings of time and financial resources necessary to fulfill bid requirements, assistance with purchasing process by qualified TIPS staff, and access to pricing based on a “national” high-profile contract.

TIPS solicitations (RFP’s/RFQ’s) are advertised for 2 consecutive weeks in the Pittsburg Gazette in Pittsburg, Texas; The Advocate published in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; as well as on a national scope in the USA Today.
