The Clinical Consultant will initiate and drive clinical solutions offerings to ECC Healthcare customers, both established and potential opportunities. He/She will work with sales management and solution consultants to develop a successful strategy identifying and implementing clinical service offerings using the expanse of ECC’s product portfolio. The Clinical Consultant will serve as a change agent assessing current clinical workflows and then designing, presenting, and implementing clinical quality solutions for our customers. He/She will conduct all need analyses, develop, and provide end user training, and will support both go-live and post go-live assessments, ensuring ECC has met all customer requirements.
Responsibilities are not limited to but will include pre/post sale follow up, project implementation, end-user training, proposal generation support, customer visits, new business development, client relations and documentation management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that regular and consistent communication takes place with both internal and external customers; acknowledges and addresses requests received via phone, email or company systems daily.
- Manages own time and resources to achieve identified objectives; is diligent in meeting all communicated/defined deadlines. Monitors and updates system assignments in any company system.
Sales:
Project Management:
- Reviews the system installation configuration and confirms facility layouts, works closely with the assigned installation team to assure proper system configuration per the clinical design.
- Oversees the deployment of system installations, evaluates the effectiveness and accuracy of the installed technologies, and implemented workflows that impact clinical users; identifies any hardware or software concerns. Works with Project Managers performing all pre system checks prior to systems going online.
- Participates in any system testing and workflows for go-live processes, ensuring installed solutions aligns with approved scope of work. Identifies any future needs and/or solutions to present or discuss with customer.
- Serves as solutions advocate, answering customer support calls and referring calls to technical staff when necessary.
