Real-Time Health Monitoring

Tracking vital signs is easy with the Tempo Wearable. Measurements from FDA-cleared devices, including blood pressure, pulse rate, SpO₂, weight, temperature, glucose, and respiratory rate, are automatically uploaded to the CarePredict dashboard or the community's EHR. Staff can record readings with a single press of the resident's Tempo button.

Rapid Contact and Location Tracing

PinPoint by CarePredict quickly identifies residents, staff, and visitors exposed to a suspected carrier and prioritizes those at highest risk. Location Tracing tracks areas where infected individuals visited to prevent secondary transmissions and enables faster interventions, testing, and isolation to reduce virus spread. Staff can act immediately to protect the community.

Predictive Health Insights

CarePredict provides timely, actionable insights on residents' activity and behavior, including eating duration, overall activity levels, walking, sleep, bathroom use, and socialization. Real-time alerts, web and app dashboards, and scheduled reports notify staff of unusual patterns that may indicate changes in health, like depression, urinary tract infections, or increased fall risk.

The Tempo Wearable features a large, easy-to-press call button that alerts staff instantly with the resident's name and location. Two-way voice allows staff to speak with the resident immediately to assess and prioritize the response. All alerts are tracked from initiation to completion, including the reason for the call and services performed, providing detailed metrics for staffing and service optimization.

FALL DETECTION

Tempo's advanced fall detection uses machine learning to identify falls and reduce false alerts over time. Staff are notified immediately when a fall occurs, and detection sensitivity can be customized per resident and location. The system adapts to individual needs, increasing accuracy in high-risk areas like bathrooms or bedrooms.

WANDER MANAGEMENT

Using Context Beacons, the Tempo provides precise, real-time location tracking within the facility. Alerts notify staff when a resident enters restricted areas, comes into proximity with certain individuals, or enters another suite. Each alert can be customized per person, making the system effective for dedicated memory care units and mixed-resident settings.

PREDICTIVE HEALTH MONITORING

The Tempo monitors residents' activities and behaviors and alerts staff to unusual patterns, such as eating, bathroom use, or mobility changes, before problems arise. Subtle signals, including depression, UTIs, or increased fall risk, are displayed on the dashboard for staff to review.
