Appspace brings new value to meeting room displays by seamlessly integrating Zoom Rooms to transform idle screens into powerful communication channels. Organizations can automatically showcase company updates, brand messaging, and interactive content whenever rooms are not in use, utilizing existing hardware without added devices or complex setups. The integration helps organizations maximize technology investments while keeping communication consistent and engaging.
