DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely under the Marketing Manager helping with digital marketing activities, marketing requests as they arise, and set projects determined by the Marketing Manager.
This is an on-site, full-time position from our Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters; with working hours set between 8AM-4:30PM on Monday-Friday.
Duties Responsibilities:
- Execute digital marketing activities such as:
- Building website landing pages
- Digital advertising campaigns
- Email marketing
- Social media marketing
- Drive Google Ad campaigns encompassing both display and search campaigns
- Develop SEO to continually improve page rankings across core keywords between all office locations
- Create digital marketing assets needed for campaigns, posts, and sales support
- Complete individual projects as determined by the Marketing Manager as requests arise
- Maintain and optimize marketing contacts database
- Compile and distribute lead lists from email campaigns
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Google Ads Certifications (AI, Search, Display, Video, and Measurement)
- Without these certifications, expectation will be to pass them within 12 months of hire
- An Associates/Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism (advertising/public relations), graphic design, or similar fields.
- Graphic design experience preferred but not required (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing experience preferred but not required (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
