SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
ECC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Representative to drive the growth of our Complete Care services, including fire alarm monitoring, low-voltage system servicing, inspections, maintenance contracts, monitoring agreements, workmanship warranties, and ongoing client support. This position is a dedicated outside sales role, requiring consistent, proactive prospecting and client engagement in the field. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, spending the majority of their time developing new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions rather than in an office setting.
This role is critical to expanding ECC’s service portfolio by proactively prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales that generate long-term recurring revenue. The ideal candidate is self-directed, disciplined, and thrives on achieving sales goals in a competitive, service-based market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers for ECC’s Complete Care services, including inspections, monitoring, service contracts, and comprehensive low-voltage system maintenance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, facility managers, property management firms, and key decision-makers.
- Present and explain the value of ECC’s services, including workmanship warranties, monitoring agreements, and ongoing client support.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate closely with ECC’s Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to drive recurring revenue and promote additional service opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for service sales and recurring revenue.
- Track sales activities, service metrics, pipeline progress, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent ECC professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in service or contract-based industries.
- Experience selling service agreements, inspections, warranties, monitoring, or other recurring revenue offerings.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (for tracking service contracts and client interactions) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
