Sharp All-In-One Direct View LED displays

Sharp Expands Display Solutions with All-in-One Direct View LED and New PN-LM Series AQUOS BOARD® Displays

Jul 02 2025

Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, has expanded its display lineup with two standout releases: the All‑in‑One Direct View LED (dvLED) displays and the PN‑LM Series AQUOS BOARD® collaboration displays. Both launches reflect Sharp's ongoing mission to give businesses and schools intuitive, high‑performance technology that pairs impressive visuals with straightforward, user‑friendly operation.

The All-In-One Direct View LED displays, available in impressive 138" and 165" (diagonal) sizes, deliver a seamless picture with the bold contrast and brightness you'd expect from dvLED technology. Unlike traditional LED displays, these models offer effortless and hassle-free installation, no special training needed, and can be set up in as little as two hours. With its simple plug-and-play functionality, the All-In-One Direct View LED displays allow for a simple, efficient experience in classrooms, conference rooms, and meeting spaces where time and ease matter most.

"The display market is undergoing significant transformation driven by changes in channel models and user expectations," said Mark Quiroz, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Sharp. "Our new All-in-One Direct View LED display reflects that shift, delivering a highly adaptable solution that meets evolving industry needs." (Sharp Press Room 2025)

Built with the user in mind, the LED All-In-One models feature elements from Sharp's PN-ME2 Series, including the same intuitive interface and control protocol. They also come equipped with powerful System on a Chip (SoC) capabilities with NaViSet Administrator2™, Crestron connected, and EShare for easy device management and wireless collaboration. Thoughtfully designed, the models include multiple connection terminals, including three HDMI ports and a USB-C input, large high-capacity speakers, built-in Wi-Fi screen sharing, and media player functionality to support a wide range of content and sharing needs.

Sharp PN-LM Series AQUOS BOARD®In tandem with the All-In-One Direct View LED launch, SIICA has also introduced the PN-LM Series AQUOS BOARD® interactive displays, available in 55" Class (54 5/8-inch diagonal) and 43" Class (42 1/2-inch diagonal) screen sizes. Built for modern workspaces, digital signage, and real-time collaboration, while running on Android OS14 with the same user-friendly interface as Sharp's PN-ME series, both models feature high-precision touch and 500-nit brightness for clear visibility in bright environments. Offering flexible installation options, including portrait, landscape, and tilt up to 45 degrees, making integration into various settings a breeze. With built-in apps like EShare for wireless casting, OfficeSuite, a web browser, a file manager, and a whiteboard tool, users can present, view, and collaborate right out of the box without needing an external PC.

Equipped with a CTS-certified Android SoC controller, the displays can sideload Android apps and run third-party digital signage content, functioning similarly to a large interactive tablet. USB type-C power allows for charging (up to 65W) while simultaneously handling video, audio, and touch input all through a single cable. Additional features include HDMI-OUT for screen mirroring and an Open Pluggable Standard (OPS) expansion slot for PC integration (on the 55" model only). These displays are a powerful, all-in-one solution.

Together, these new products reinforce Sharp's ongoing mission to provide innovative, scalable technology that keeps pace with changing user needs. Whether delivering crystal-clear presentations or fostering interactive teamwork, the LD-AF Series and PN-LM Series AQUOS BOARD® displays reflect Sharp's dedication to improving communication and engagement across industries.
