Williams AV Introduces Digi-Wave® T410 The First Portable, Two-Way Microphone Transceiver

Oct 21 2025

Williams AV, a leader in assistive communication technology, has introduced the Digi-Wave® T410, a handheld portable two-way microphone transceiver. Designed to deliver secure, full-duplex wireless communication without reliance on a fixed sound system, the T410 redefines how teams connect, collaborate, and communicate in motion.

Williams AV Digi-Wave® T410 Engineered for tours, interpretation, training sessions, and mobile presentations, the T410 blends the convenience of a portable handheld microphone with the power of two-way audio. It enables clear, natural, simultaneous conversation, and no external speakers, amplifiers, or installation is required, making it ideal for flexible, on-the-go environments.

“The Digi-Wave T410 was developed in direct response to customer feedback," said Per Persson, VP of International Sales and Business Development. "Users love the flexibility and capabilities of the Digi-Wave system, but they asked for those same features in a more familiar, microphone-style form factor. The T410 delivers that—along with secure, full-duplex communication and seamless integration with our Digi-Wave® 400 Series." (Williams AV, Press Releases 2025)

Williams AV Digi-Wave® T410The Digi-Wave T410 features full-duplex two-way audio that allows users to speak and listen simultaneously without relying on a venue's sound system, eliminating the need for external amplification and making it ideal for multilingual interpretation, dynamic training, and interactive group communication in any setting. Its handheld design combines Digi-Wave's proven wireless technology with the familiar feel of a traditional microphone, making it intuitive to operate, comfortable to hold, and easy to pass between participants. The device integrates the complete feature set of Digi-Wave®'s Advanced Communication Mode (ACM) and Advanced Interpretation Mode (AIM), delivering professional-grade versatility in a compact, portable form. Flexible access control settings let users select from three levels—Super Lock, which prevents changes during handoffs; Basic Lock, offering shortcut access for experienced users; and Unlocked, providing full administrative control—to adapt to different environments and use cases. Fully compatible with all Digi-Wave 400 Series receivers and transceivers, the T410 supports scheduled events and spontaneous communication, ensuring seamless system integration and consistent, high-quality audio performance.

The launch of the Digi-Wave T410 marks the third major expansion in the Digi-Wave line, following the 2023 Advanced Interpretation and the 2024 Advanced Communication models, continuing Williams AV's commitment to evolving the platform to meet real-world communication needs.
